Our History

R-HoP began in 2003 as a result of four churches in the town getting together for prayer events. The churches were St Matthew's, a lively Anglican church, Christian Life Centre, affliated to the Assemblies of God, and two independent charismatic fellowships, Rugby Fellowship Church and Grapevine Christian Fellowship.

Connections

In 2002 we had connected with the Watchman Intercessor Network in Burton on Trent who agreed to partner with us. We also visited the International House of Prayer in Kansas City and brought back some of their prayer models. One model of prayer we use is Harp and Bowl Intercession and Worship.

Prayer 

R-HoP was launched in September 2003 and as a result of  people gathering together to pray we have seen and are seeing God work in our town and region.

Meeting

We meet three times a  week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) and also have other prayer events. People from across many of the churches in Rugby and Warwickshire are now part of the R-HoP team.
